Let’s Design Your Dream Wedding in Carmel-by-the-Sea

We offer four tiers based on how much support you need. Full-Service Planning ($6,000) covers everything from engagement to send-off. Partial Planning ($4,000) is for couples who've started planning but want design direction, timeline creation, and day-of coordination. Day-of Coordination ($3,000) is for couples who've handled the planning and want us to take over six weeks out to manage vendors and execute the day. Micro-Weddings & Elopements ($2,500–$4,000) are customized packages for intimate celebrations of 2–20 guests.

For full-service or partial planning, we recommend booking 9–12 months before your wedding. Day-of coordination can be booked 3–6 months out. Elopements can sometimes be accommodated on shorter timelines—contact us to check availability.

We plan weddings throughout Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey, Pebble Beach, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, and Pacific Grove.

Yes. All packages include curated vendor recommendations based on your vision, venue, and budget—including photographers, florists, caterers, officiants, and more.

A wedding timeline is a detailed schedule for your wedding day that coordinates vendor arrivals, ceremony timing, photos, reception flow, and key moments. We create a master timeline for all packages except micro-weddings/elopements, where it's included based on scope.

We arrive early to oversee setup, manage vendor arrivals, coordinate timing, handle any issues that arise, and ensure everything runs smoothly from ceremony to send-off—so you can be fully present.

For weddings with 100 or more guests, an assistant coordinator is required ($450 flat) to ensure seamless execution.

Yes. Our Heirloom Couture Collection includes curated vintage furniture, china, glassware, and tablescape pieces available for weddings and events throughout the Monterey Peninsula.
