Assistant coordinator required for weddings of 100+ guests: $450 flat

This rate is available to a limited number of couples who will be among the first to experience our coordination and execution services in Carmel and the Monterey Peninsula.

  • Comprehensive handoff beginning six (6) weeks before your wedding. We review all contracts, details, and logistics so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Direct communication with all vendors to confirm timelines, deliveries, and expectations leading into your wedding day.

  • Development of a detailed wedding-day timeline coordinating vendors, logistics, ceremony, reception, and key moments.

  • On-site venue walkthrough in Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach, or your Central Coast venue to review layout, logistics, and setup details.

Starting six weeks before your wedding, we step in to manage every detail. Here's what's included in our day-of coordination package for Carmel and Monterey weddings:

What’s Included in Day-of Coordination

  • Up to one (1) hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination so your wedding party feels confident and prepared.

  • Up to eight (8) hours of on-site coordination to manage vendors, oversee timing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event flow.

  • Oversight of event setup and styling of personal details—place cards, favors, signage—to ensure a polished presentation.

  • For guest counts of 100 or more, an assistant coordinator is required to ensure seamless execution. Billed at $450 flat.
