What This Experience Includes
Planning Takeover
Comprehensive planning handoff beginning six (6) weeks prior to the wedding.
Vendor Communication & Confirmation
Direct communication with vendors to confirm details, timelines, and expectations leading into the event.
Final Master Timeline Creation
Development of a detailed, wedding-day master timeline coordinating vendors, logistics, and key moments.
Venue Walk-Through
On-site venue walkthrough to review layout, logistics, and execution details.
Rehearsal Coordination
Up to one (1) hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination.
Wedding Day Management
Up to eight (8) hours of on-site coordination to manage vendors, timing, and overall flow of the event.
Setup Supervision & Detail Styling
Oversight of event setup and styling of personal details to ensure a polished presentation.
Assistant Coordinator
For guest counts of one hundred (100) or more, an assistant coordinator is required and billed at $450 flat.
